So, in my wanderings through the eatsleepdraw blog (http://eatsleepdraw.com/), I landed on this awesome piece. Sara Greene has an entire site and etsy store loaded with work just like this. It’s wonderful, colorful, playful. It resonates with me on several levels. Interestingly enough the first thing I think about when I peruse her work is Circa Survive or The Sound of Animals Fighting. It has that great experimental feel. I may pick up a few giclee prints in the coming weeks. I love to see creatives that jump right into color. I use it sparingly, favoring the more dramatic darkness of the dangerously close to monochrome. But yeah, big fan of just the organic quality and sort of life force of this body of work.
